Profiling
Plasma profiling is available on thicknesses up to and including 30mm at a tolerance tighter than 0.5mm. This enables Dyfed Steels to produce sophisticated shapes and designs to individual specifications including:
- High end engineering applications such as for boat and barge builders.
- Complete architectural gates fit for immediate installation in any design of choice.
- Bespoke designs for signs or other forms of advertising media.
Gas profiling of plate up to 200mm thick.
Drilling is also available on the profile machines with size of the hole dependant on the thickness of the material.
